Mid term check meeting
The step right after the first year project is the MID TERM CHECK MEETING (MTC) that has the aim to assess the fulfilment of the recruitment procedure, the eligibility of the fellows, any deviations from the original training programme and as well to raise awareness on the fellows’ and host institutions’ rights and obligations. It was an event where the Coordinator and the rest of the team had the opportunity to present the main activities organized by the Consortium in the first 12 months of project.
The RETORNA MTC meeting took place online on the 11th of March 2024. PIs, DCs, the Project Manager and the Project Officer in charge of the project participated.
Agenda MTC meeting
The MTC meeting started with an introduction from the Project Officer and continued with our coordinator Javier Sancho Pelluz explaining the achievements of this first year. All DCs had the possibility to present their research project to the project officer and to the rest of the participants.
The Project Officer could also have a private reunion just with the DCs where aspects of recruitment and supervision have been cleared out. The meeting ended in the afternoon with positive conclusions on this first year of project and best wishes for the future achievements! It was a joy for all of us to participate in this meeting and to recieve a positive feedback from our project officer.
